How is the Aggregate Percentage calculated?
Our marks calculator sums up the obtained marks and maximum marks across all your subjects. It then calculates the percentage of the aggregate sum:
Percentage = (Sum of Obtained Marks / Sum of Maximum Marks) × 100
We classify academic results according to standard divisions:
- Distinction: 75% and above
- First Class: 60% to 74.99%
- Second Class: 50% to 59.99%
- Pass Class: 35% to 49.99%
- Fail: Under 35%
